Being stuck in a hotel usually means that you’ll be eating shitty food, or expensive food. Unless you’re already rolling in some dough or have your company to pay you some fat per diem, you’ll need to get a little bit creative in order to eat healthy and stay lean.
By far, the easiest thing to cook in your hotel room is rice. All you need to know is the proper ratio (2 parts water : 1 part rice), have something to put it in (.99 cent tuppwerware container) and know how long to cook it (7-10 minutes active, 5 minutes rest).
