It’s that time of the year where everyone and their mother is posting their New Years Resolutions, writing about the last year and summing up what they learned and publicly announcing/shaming themselves into doing things in 2012. Well I decided to go a different route and follow the lead of Jon Goodman at thePTDC.com and go through what books had the biggest impact on me this past year. I wish I could say exactly how many books I was able to get through in the year, but I honestly have no clue. What I can say is that my kindle was the best purchase I made last winter and easily helped me expand my horizons and want to read from more genres. The last post that went up ran through, in both nerd speak and caveman talk, why self myofascial release is something that you should look into. Well…realistically nobody gives a shit as to WHY it is something you need to do, you just want the HOW. Am I right?

Seriously, what’s not to love? [Read more…]
Last time I talked about wind sprints…
I went into a few reasons why you need to add them to your plan. In case you didn’t read that one yet go check it out.
Now it’s time to give you what you need to start sprinting before, during or after your training sessions.
